OBFPD Strategic Plan
Earlier this year we’ve partnered with a company to develop a community focused strategic plan. Six initiatives were developed that outline the fire district’s mission to our community.
1. Being financially accountable and sustaining budget appropriately
2. Workforce growth & retention. Planning for district expansion, services, and retaining current employees.
3. Improving our overall response model
4. Enhance training and developing our personnel.
5. Upgrade facilities and equipment to meet demands and growth.
6. Strengthening interagency relationships with mutual aid partners.
