For the incidents of April, 2024 this averages nearly 5.5 calls per day. OBFPD covers 105 square miles out of 2 manned fire station 24 hours a day 365 days a year. The average response time in April, 2024 was 6 minutes 15 seconds. There were a total of 9 overlapping incidents meaning more than one incident was happening at the same time period. During this same time period in 2023, OBFPD responded to 203 incidents for the month of April and 681 incidents for the year of 2023. Currently, in 2024 OBFPD has responded to 743 incidents. Compared to 2023 from January, 1 – April 30; we are 62 calls for service higher than the previous year.
