For the incidents of August, 2023 this averages 7 calls per day. There were a total of 29 overlapping incidents meaning more than 1 incident was happening at the same time. OBFPD covers 105 square miles out of 2 manned fire station 24 hours a day 365 days a year. The average response time in August, 2023 was 6 minutes 18 seconds. This same time period in 2022, OBFPD responded to 190 incidents for the month of August and 1,482 incidents for the year of 2022. Currently, in 2023 OBFPD has responded to 1,504 incidents. Compared to 2022 from January, 1 – August, 31; we are 22 calls for service higher than the previous year.
