Bid Specifications for Concrete Parking Lot and Repair

The Osage Beach Fire District is accepting individual bids for a Concrete Drive area in front of Station 2:

Bids are due no later than Thursday, December 15th  at 4:00 pm

Bid packets may be obtained at Station 1 Headquarters

Bids are required to be Sealed Bids and envelopes should be clearly marked:

Each Bidder is required to do a site visit to obtain exact measurements and grades.  Please contact the District Headquarters to set up a time. 573-348-1221.

Note:  This project will require not less than the prevailing rate of wages, as set out in the wage order attached to and made part of the specification for work under the contract, must be paid to all workers performing work under the contract.

The Osage Beach Fire Protection District has the final decision based upon which bid best suits the needs of the Fire District and not necessarily solely upon the lowest bid price.
