The Osage Beach Fire Protection District is requesting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from licensed architectural firms for professional design services related to the remodeling of an existing public safety facility (Fire Station 3).

Services may include preliminary design, development of construction documents, construction-phase support, and coordination of required engineering consultants.

This procurement will be conducted as a qualifications-based selection in accordance with applicable Missouri law. Fee proposals are not requested at this time.

Statements of Qualifications must be received no later than January 25th at midnight.
